It has been a couple years since I changed the look and feel here at CMSReport.com. While my current theme, LiteJazz from RoopleTheme, has served me well the past couple years, it's time for a change.
As of today, I'm looking for a Drupal 6 theme that is appropriate for a site that serves as both a blog and news site. This theme can be free, reasonably priced, or bartered for some link acknowledgement back to the designer. This theme can be your theme or someone elses theme, free or available at a price, available at drupal.org or at a commercial site. I just want to find a good theme for CMSReport.com.
If you have a great suggestion for a Drupal 6 theme, please leave your suggestion as a comment below or through our contact page.
Later this summer, I plan to demo some of the top themes here at CMS Report before deciding on a theme. I think this would be good way to help promote some of the better themes available for Drupal. It may also be a good way for you to promote your own design work too.

Tapestry from RoopleTheme
Have you considered using Tapestry, another RoopleTheme for Drupal? Have had some good luck with that theme.
Take a look at current
Take a look at current incarnation of my modified version of RoopleTheme Newsflash at www.hrpr.com.

Yes, I like RoopleTheme's Tapestry and Newsflash. I'm using a Newsflash theme at work. Since I've been using their themes for the past couple years...I'm looking for a little something different. However Harry, I do like the changes you've done to the NewsFlash theme.
I'm still looking for a good theme! I'm not wanting anyone to do my homework for me, just looking for good ideas.
Drupal Theme Inquiry
A few weeks have gone by and I received very few comments on people recommending a Drupal 6 theme for CMS Report. I did a a couple emails from Harold Heard of Chapman Fusion about working on a new theme for me. With Drupal 7 around the corner, I didn't want to commit too much time into a custom theme though.
So, I've opted for the theme that you currently see as I write this comment, Extreme Updates. The free theme is designed by Template World and ported to Drupal by 3rdWorld. The theme has some negatives that I've been working to fix, but it gives me a chance to try out a layout with two columns to the right of the content.
suggestions
hai,
My suggestions is to use Amity island and Aquamarina theme which are most user friendly and can be extensible in many ways. Also these themes support a large number of regions and can create user defined regions.
