DotNetNuke Corporation Appoints New CEO

Santa Clara, California - Dec. 1, 2008 -- DotNetNuke Corporation today announced the appointment of Navin Nagiah as its Chief Executive Officer. Nagiah, previously CEO of CIGNEX Technologies, will succeed co-founder Nik Kalyani in this role. Coming on the heels of the company's recent Series A funding announcement, Nagiah will also join DotNetNuke creator and Chief Architect Shaun Walker on the company's re-organized Board of Directors. Kalyani will continue to focus on product innovation as Director of Products and Strategy.
