Just good business to sponsor CMS Report

I usually wait until the weekend to post the monthly list of companies and organizations sponsoring CMSReport.com. At the start of the business week, I know many of you would rather talk about content management system and not marketing. However, sponsoring a CMS niche site such as CMS Report is good business so we felt compelled to publish the sponsorship on a Monday.

For the second month in a row, CMS Report has sold-out on all the banner space reserved for our sponsors. I believe there are three reasons, we have seen increased revenue from advertisement at this site:

  • Earlier in the year we switched most of the managment of our banner space to BuySellAds. The quality and reliability provided by this ad service has been unbelievable. We give two thumbs up for BuySellAds.
  • It's the economy people. The world economy is really starting to pick up and  companies are now preparing to welcome and support returning customers through their refreshed Websites. CMS providers know that this is a competitive market and know to get these companies' business, they have to get their name out their through marketing and sponsorship.
  • CMS Report provide great content on a wide variety of CMS related topics. Our goal has always been to invest time not to market Web applications but instead speak of our passion for content management.

Sponsorship helps us pay for the bills from our host provider, internet service provider, and any software or hardware needed to support CMSReport.com. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, you can purchase banner space at this site either through Google's ad services or through BuySellAds.

CMS Report wants to thank our current sponsors for their support.

Bryan Ruby is the owner and editor for CMS Report. He founded CMSReport.com in 2006 on the belief that information technologists, website owners, and web developers desired visiting sites where they could learn about content management systems without the sales pitch. Outside of his late night blogging hours, he is the Information Technology Officer for a field office in the federal government.
