Official Drupal sites converted to Joomla

A couple Drupal sites have been taken over by Joomla!  We first caught wind of this story at Drupal.org:
Omg! Drupal sites massively moves to Joomla -

See http://drupal.jp and http://drupal.ru - it was Japanese and Russian support sites. We lost them :(
