Live chat adds another level to your website experience you won’t get from other types of contact forms. It puts immediate power in the hands of the user, allowing them to get in touch at any time. People are more likely to trust you if you offer live chat, too. It makes things more personal and creates additional opportunities for interaction.
Most brands want to have a company blog, but they may worry over the cost of hiring writers and editors and driving traffic to the site without knowing what the return on investment (ROI) of blogging might be.
According to Blogometer, around 7.7 million blog posts are written every day. Of course, the number of posts varies, but you're competing against a ton of other information to even see an ROI. Your articles must stand out from any competitor articles, but also compete against the many distractions on the internet to keep user attention.
It make take awhile but when I make a mistake I will eventually admit and correct the error of my ways. Half a decade ago, I turned my back on supporting niche websites and focused all my effort in creating a new multi-topic website which you now know as socPub. As counter-intuitive that it sounds, the more diverse and interesting topics we published under this website, our number of loyal visitors to the website decreased in numbers. I found this analysis to be alarming and discouraging.
Blogging has always been a way for me to express myself creatively as I hide away in my home office for "me time". Unfortunately, the COVID-19 Pandemic changed all that with my day job requiring maximum telework which in turn transformed my creative personal space into a remote office that work owned eight hours a day. For my mental and physical health, once those work hours are up I have made the conscious decision to walk away from the computer. I now find it more necessary to find something else to do that doesn't involve screen time. This shift in priorities unfortunately reduced my writing time.

It didn't work out so well. Instead of being more creative in my writings, I spent more time maintaining the nuts and bolts to my websites and publishing other people's articles than I did expressing my own thoughts and ideas. I know for many of you, you find yourself in a similar predicament.
The online marketing scenario has become customer-centric as the way people consume information has changed dramatically over the years. People are now more peculiar about specifying their needs to the search engines, as they expect to get the exact information at once, in the format that they like, and in the device through which they are performing the search.
NEW YORK (November 24, 2020) - While nearly half (44%)[1] of beauty shoppers in a new survey agree that they have bought more beauty and skincare products online (rather than in store) over the last 6 months, the research reveals that 56%[1] (rising to 62% among female shoppers) tend to stick with brands or products they’ve purchased before, rather than trying anything new when shopping for beauty and skincare online.
The findings come from a survey of 2,000 US and UK consumers across all genders, between the ages of 16 and 35 which was commissioned by Nosto, the world’s first Commerce Experience Platform.
