CaptainForm: More than 20,000 forms created and a 7.11% conversion rate

123ContactForm announces that its WordPress forms plugin - CaptainForm - celebrates its one year anniversary. Since launch, a total number of 20,856 forms have been successfully built with CaptainForm.

The average conversion rate from free to paid users is 7.11%. Out of all of the forms submitted, 62.5% have received submissions, and the most popular form types - besides simple lead generation forms - are registration forms, order forms and surveys. In terms of support tickets, the average response time is 1.55h by email (weekends included) and 40s by live chat. 70% of our users come from the Plugin Directory, as a result of other users trusting and recommending CaptainForm.

Centralized forms management, a feature dedicated to digital agencies, is one of the most important features released this year. A great part of the product roadmap is based on the feedback received from users and potential users.

Commenting on the one year anniversary, Alexandra Draghici, Product Owner at CaptainForm, said: “I am very impressed with what the team has achieved in one year. Launching CaptainForm turned into a successful experience, our plugin becoming an important WordPress form builder. This wouldn’t have been possible without the insightful feedback that we have received from the WordPress community.”

In the next year, CaptainForm will continue its user driven development and explore both vetted and new strategies for expanding its market share.
